Operating Steps
1.3.1 On the ventilator function interface, click the "100% O2" button to give pure oxygen for 2 minutes
1.3.2 Check if the negative pressure suction device is properly connected, if the pressure is within the appropriate range, and if the negative pressure drainage device needs to be replaced; After connecting the suction control button of the sealed closed suction catheter to the negative pressure suction connecting tube, rotate the control switch to open it
1.3.3 The operator stands on the right side of the patient's head, with the left thumb and index finger controlling the suction control button of the closed suction tube. The other three fingers support the tracheal intubation and the connection of the closed suction tube. The right thumb and index finger move the suction tube into the organ intubation to the required depth, and the operation should be fast and gentle
1.3.4 When the suction tube reaches the required depth, press the suction control button to generate negative pressure. Follow the principle of "rotating left and right, from bottom to top" to suction the sputum, and each operation should be less than 15 seconds
1.3.5 After suctioning, completely withdraw the suction tube so that the front end is fully placed in the rotatable joint. Press the suction control button with the left hand first, and then turn on the syringe switch connected to the flushing saline solution with the right hand to flush the suction tube; After rinsing, first turn off the infusion device switch and then stop the suction control button.
1.3.6 Turn off the suction control button switch and disconnect the negative pressure suction connection pipe; Place the suction tube properly on the left side of the patient's head; Rinse the negative pressure suction connecting pipe with saline point control until it is completely flushed, turn off the negative pressure switch, and fix the negative pressure suction connecting pipe at the bedside
1.3.7 Re administer 2min pure oxygen inhalation to the patient
1.3.8 Assess the patient's vital signs and consciousness status, tracheal intubation position, distance from incisor teeth, airbag pressure, and subglottic attraction; If necessary, use a controllable suction tube to aspirate secretions from the oral and nasal cavities
1.3.9 Organize items, wash hands, and record the nature, quality, and quantity of sputum.
